What does "Special Import" mean ?

A product that mentions "Special Import" in it's title means that it's imported specially for you.

In most cases, once an order is placed for a "Special Import" product, we will then import it from the supplier in the respective country where the product is sourced.

We import products from authorized distributors in the UK, Europe as well as Hong Kong.

We quote 10 working days from order, before the product is expected to be ready for dispatch or collection.

A "Special Import" item is no different to an item you would buy at our local retail store or network operator. It's manufactured in the same factory and merely distributed to another region.

We offer a 12 month warranty on most brands that are listed as "Special Imports". We only work with approved service partners where available, in the event any warranty work is needed during the 12 month period.
