How Long Does Delivery Take ?

The delivery times vary depending on the product which has been ordered.

If the item states "Local Stock" in its title, it's normally 2 working days before it's shipped out whereas if the item states "Special Import" in its title, it's normally 10 working days before it's shipped out.

Once you've received a notification via e-mail that your order has been shipped out, it's normally next working day delivery to main areas, an additional 1-2 working days can be expected for regional and rural areas respectively.

We work with a network of trusted courier providers including Courier IT, Dawn Wing, MDS Collivery and The Courier Guy who deliver directly to your door.  Package Tracking is available once the order has been shipped throughout it's journey to your door.

We also do offer Postnet-Postnet delivery if suitable. We also welcome collections from our warehouse in the Wynberg area of Sandton, in Johannesburg.
